The Northwest Jersey Processing and Innovation Center is a new project creating a local meat processing hub in Northern New Jersey. Our goal is to support farmers and provide quality meat to our communities, promoting sustainable growth. Our mission is to help guide and transform this industry into a thriving and exciting space, supporting local farmers and inspiring the next generation.
